What are eStatements?
eStatements are electronic versions of your community association account statement. These statements are traditionally distributed by postal mail, but eStatements will arrive in your digital inbox instead.
What are the Parking guidelines?
Guest parking
As a courtesy to neighboring Residents, Guests should park in front of the home they are visiting and shall not block any driveway, mailbox, or fire safety area.
Overnight Parking
Overnight Parking in the Community Parking Lots is prohibited.
Street Parking
It is the intent of the Association to discourage on-street parking as much as possible. Residents should make every effort to keep their vehicles in their garages and driveways. Parking on any part of the front yard landscape area is prohibited. Vehicles shall not park in service areas, in violation of handicapped parking laws, over the curb, on the grass or sidewalk, or along facility access roads. Vehicles parked on Association Common Elements in violation of these rules shall be subject to towing, fines, and other sanctions. Please observe City Code Section 13.08.06. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle in the same location on a public street for a continuous period of time exceeding forty-eight (48) hours.
Carriage/Coach/Porchlight/American Dream Homes
Parking in the shared alley is prohibited. There are limited shared stalls for owner and guest parking. Residents must have a parking pass in their front window when utilizing these spaces. Sterling/Ascent Town Homes
Parking in the alleyways and the end of the street is prohibited.
