Assessments
 
Homeowners become members of the Wander Master Homeowner Association when they purchase a home. Members are responsible for paying quarterly dues to support community operations and reserve funds.
 
Assessments are due on the 1st day of each quarter and past due if not paid (in full) by the 10th day.

Master Assessments

Master HOA Assessments are due on the 1st day of each quarter (e.g., January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1). Assessments received after the 10th of the month are subject to late fees. 
 
2025 Master Association Assessment: $222.00 per quarter. 
 
If you live in a benefited-use neighborhood, you will pay additional fees. Before paying your assessments, please review the benefited use neighborhoods and assessment fees below.

Benefited Service Area (BSA) Assessments

Wander neighborhoods are subject to a benefited assessment for their parcels. Benefited assessments are in addition to the Master Assessment. The additional cost covers landscaping, maintenance, and snow removal on the common space in benefited areas. 
 
 
2026 Sterling/Ascent Benefited Assessment: $282.00 per quarter.
 
2026 Carriage/Coach/Porchlight/American Dream Benefited Assessment: $210.00 per quarter.
 
2026 Springs Village (Richmond Homes): $246.00 per quarter.

Homeowner Account Portal

HOMEOWNER PORTAL ACCESS
 
Updated Resident Portal (Single Sign-On for Electronic Payments) - Recommended 
While all of the previous payment options you used are still available to you, with CCMC's new resident portal, BUURT, you can set up single sign-on (SSO) with Western Alliance Bank to make payments, view your account balance, and access community information all in one place!   
  
After activating SSO, you can set up all these payment types directly from the portal: 
  • Recurring ACH Payments 
  • One-time and recurring electronic check payments 
  • One-time and recurring credit/debit card payments

Even though single sign-on will allow you to make payments through WAB from the BUURT resident portal, CCMC and WAB are not related to companies, and the payment portal is maintained by WAB.

The User Name is your HOA Account number, and the CCMC Customer Service team can provide the Password if needed.

Auto-Pay
 
If you decide not to register for an account in the CCMC portal and activate single sign-on for paying your assessment, you can still make the following payment types directly through Western Alliance Bank (WAB)
 
Western Alliance Bank portal: Use this link to access the account portal for Western Alliance Bank, and set up a new recurring payments. You will be prompted to "add a property" after creating your user account.
 
You will need the following information to complete this step: 

Management Company ID: 6675
Association ID: 243
Property Account Number: (listed on your statement, 6 digits long)
 
BE SURE TO SELECT THE "QUARTERLY" PAYMENT DRAFT OPTION

*Please note that Auto-Pay only authorizes CCMC/Western Alliance Bank to draft your reoccurring assessments.  If other charges are posted to your account (ex: fees & fines), those payments must be made independently.

  • One-Time Electronic Check Payments
    • Pay your assessment online one time only. This service is $2.95 per transaction. 
  • One-Time Payment with Credit/Debit Cards
    • You may make a one-time payment with a credit or debit card. Credit Card service fee- 3.5%, Debit Card flat fee $5.00 charged by the bank.

Please include your account number in the memo line. The detachable coupon portion of the statement must be included with the payment.
 
If you are paying for multiple properties, please send a separate coupon and check for each property to ensure timely and accurate posting to the accounts.

e-Statements

e-Statements are electronic versions of your community association account statement. These statements are traditionally distributed by postal mail, e-Statements will arrive in your digital inbox instead.
