POOL UPDATES
 
Pool Opening May 23th, 2026
 
  • Residents are requested to limit guests to no more than three (3) guests per household/per visit. This includes all members of the household plus three additional adults, children excluded.
  • Children three (3) years and under and all non-potty-trained individuals are required to wear three layers of protection: a swim diaper, plastic diaper cover, and a swimsuit. Residents and guests without the required level of protection will not be permitted access or may be asked to leave.
  • Parties and large gatherings inside the gate at the pool amenity are prohibited.
  • No food or drink is permitted within ten (10) feet of the pool deck edge.
  • Pool Slide: Jumping from the top, sitting on the bottom lip, multiple riders, and using inflatable toys on the slide are strictly prohibited.
  • Animals are not allowed within the gated pool area.  Service animals are exempt from this requirement.  No dogs are allowed in the pool.
  • For the handicapped lift, please ask the pool staff for assistance.
 
 
 
 
KEY CARD DISTRIBUTION  & USE
 
  • Access Key Cards will be available beginning May 4th. Homeowners will need to have their picture taken at the Community Manager's office next to the pool when obtaining new cards.
  • Key Card registration at the Community Manager's office will be available during the following hours:
May 4th - September 30th: Monday - Friday between 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
 
  • Residents will be issued two (2) Key Cards at no charge, with the option to purchase additional key cards for $15.00. Additional key cards can be purchased online by CLICKING HERE.  (Proof of payment must be provided when picking up the additional key.)
*There will be a $15.00 additional charge to replace any lost or misplaced key cards.
  • Key Cards are active the day after they are issued. Access to the amenities may be restricted the day of issue.
 
 
KEY CARD USE
Access keys are for residents only. Sharing key cards with non-residents may result in restricted access. 
 
Any resident not in good standing (delinquent assessments, open violations, etc.) will be denied access. Amenity access is suspended after a second consecutive delinquent assessment. Residents will be required to verify account is current through management office for access to be reinstated.
 
RENTERS
If you have a renter occupying a property and want to allow them access to the pool, please complete the Tenant Waiver below. (The completed form must include the homeowner's signature as well.)  Homeowners are responsible for ensuring their tenants know and follow the pool rules.
 
FOB USE
Residents with older FOBs will be directed to the Community Manager's office for pool access. FOBs must be forfeited to received replacement key cards.
 
 
LIABILITY WAIVER

Residents must fill out a liability waiver before a key card can be provided (see links below).
 
Please bring copy of waiver with you for Key Card registration!  
 
 
 
 
GENERAL POOL INFORMATION
 
Residents can enjoy the pool Sunday through Saturday: Pool will be open May 23rd, 2026 through September 13th, 2026
  • Pool operation is permitted from Sunrise to Sundown (After Hour Use is considered trespassing). Key Card Access will be restricted before and after hours. General pool schedule as follows (hours may change):   
    • May 23th - 31st - 6:30 am to 8:15 pm 
    • June (all month) - 6:15 am to 8:30 pm
    • July (all month) - 6:30 am to 8:30 pm
    • August (all month) - 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
    • September 1st - 13th - 7:15 am to 7:30 pm
The Pool is a Wander Resident-Exclusive Amenity.  Guests are limited to three (3) per household/per visit.
 
 
Please adhere to the posted pool rules and regulations for your own safety. The Management team may close the pool area if thunder is heard or lightning is observed. The pool may be closed for 30 minutes after the last discernable lightning or thunder. The pool will be closed for contamination incidents for the required time based on the type of contamination. Following the rules will ensure a fun and safe environment for all residents.
 
 
Be advised that there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

No pool attendants on duty before 9:00 am
 
 
Wander's pool amenities include a lap pool, slide, restrooms, and showers.  Facility Rental is Not Available.
 
 
 
 
RESIDENTS NOT IN GOOD STANDING (Past due assessments and outstanding violations) WILL NOT BE GRANTED ACCESS TO THE POOL
